Where do I find my tracking number?
Check your shipping confirmation email — it arrives within 1–2 business days of your order shipping, with the tracking number right at the top. Don't see it? Check your spam folder, then email us.
No movement on my tracking yet?
Carriers usually take 1–3 business days to scan a package into their system after it ships. If it's been longer than that, reach out and we'll chase it down.
I lost my tracking number.
Email hello@trystriva.com with your order number or the email you checked out with, and we'll resend it — usually within a few hours.
